Common questions
Is my photo safe?+
Yes. We process your photo in memory only and discard it immediately after the analysis runs. Nothing is stored on our servers (the only exception is if you submit feedback and explicitly opt in to share the image with that feedback, clearly disclosed at submit time).
How accurate is the fit score?+
It's an AI-generated opinion, not a tailor. Scores are useful as a sanity check on color harmony, fit silhouette, and overall style coherence, but they're meant as a guide, not a verdict. The verdict line below the scores is usually where the most useful information lives.
What if I don't have a garment image?+
Skip the garment upload. We'll run a color analysis on your photo instead: undertone, color harmony, and tonal match. Still a useful read.
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes. The site is mobile-first. You can take a photo directly in the browser using your phone's camera (front or back). Everything from upload to share works on any modern phone browser.
How long does an analysis take?+
About 10 seconds for a try-on (image generation + rating), or 3-5 seconds for a color-only analysis. If your network is slow, the upload step is usually the bottleneck.
Do I need to pay for anything?+
No. The site is free to use during this beta. We may introduce limits or pricing later, but anything you run today is on us.
